7. Anti-Money Laundering (FINTRAC) Notice

As regulated real estate professionals, we are required to comply with the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act. This includes verifying the identity of clients involved in real estate transactions and reporting certain transactions to the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC). Collection of this information is mandatory and governed by federal law.
